Yes! Every timepiece we sell comes complete with a serial number, all boxes, warranty paperwork, instruction manuals, and appraisal.

Our pre-owned watches are in demand models that are of the highest quality, they are hand-picked and graded in order to meet exacting standards, they are thoroughly inspected ,authenticated, serviced and professionally detailed in house to as new condition.
Q: DO YOUR WATCHES COME WITH A WARRANTY?
Yes! All of our watches come with a full one-year parts and labor warranty. Highline Time is not affiliated with Rolex USA and is not an official Rolex Jeweler. Rolex's warranty no longer attaches. Highline Time is the sole warrantor.
Q: DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?
No! We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside Florida.

We are an established business and thus we are able to accept major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks or cash. For orders placed over the telephone (U.S.A only), we accept Bank Wire, PayPal or major credit cards.
Q: HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?

We have the best online return policy in the industry because we allow you 14 days. This allows for inspection if you so desire. the item must be simply returned in the same condition it left our store.

We have a retail store in Aventura Florida so you do not need an appointment. Simply come on by. We are open for business 5 days a week from 10.00 am until 5.30 pm.
